Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zoopify Platform, operated by Zoopify Ventures, a Partnership firm (GSTIN 29AAEFZ4880B1ZX), registered at 222/82, NR Colony, 4th Cross, Jeevan Bima Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560017. By accessing or using the Platform, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Zoopify

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order on the Platform.

2. Our service

Zoopify sells certified refurbished and second-hand premium mobile phones, with delivery currently offered within Bengaluru only. Every unit listed is inspected and tested before sale. Product listings (condition, storage, battery health, and similar specs) reflect the specific unit as inspected at the time of listing.

3. Orders and pricing

• All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order where a listing contained a genuine pricing or specification error, and will notify you and refund any amount paid in that event.
• Order confirmation is subject to the unit still being available and your delivery pincode being serviceable — see our Shipping Policy.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed via HDFC SmartGateway. Cash-on-delivery orders require a mandatory ₹250 token paid online at checkout, adjusted against your final bill on delivery — see our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for how this token is treated if an order is cancelled.

5. Cancellations, returns, refunds, warranty

Governed entirely by our separate Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Delivery

Governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Account responsibility

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account/OTP access and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

8. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including the Zoopify name, logo, product photography, and site design — is owned by or licensed to Zoopify Ventures and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoopify’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.
